Janet Lloyd

Janet’s primary roles include assisting Ed Heagen and Scott Willingham and managing the firm’s day to day operations.  Janet joined E.F. Heagen and Associates in 2005 and has been a committed team member for over 15 years.  She began her financial career with American Funds, and to further her experience joined Union Bank in the Retirement division.  

With Janet’s background in pensions, she found her calling with E.F. Heagen & Associates.   Janet is passionate about customer service, beginning with the onboarding process and making sure the daily functions run smoothly and accurately.  

When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Doug, her two sons Connor and Carson, her Shih-tzu Milo, and her Labrador Retriever, Kona.
